How to report a listing, what happens next and what to do if you appear in a photo without permission.

How to report

On every listing, at the bottom, there is a link to report it. You do not need an account or to give your name. You choose the reason, you can add a detail if you like, and that is it.

If you cannot find the listing, look for it by the country and the service you saw it in. Every listing has its own address, so the link works too if you saved it.

The reasons, and which one to choose

  • I believe this person is not posting of their own free will. If someone forces them, controls their account or keeps their money. It is the most important report there is here.
  • I believe they are underage. Do not wait until you are sure. We would rather check too much.
  • The photos are mine or someone else’s. Keep reading the section below.
  • This profile pretends to be someone else. It uses someone else’s name or face.
  • Takes payment and does not deliver. If you paid and did not receive what was agreed. Tell us what happened and when: without the detail it is hard to tell apart from a misunderstanding.
  • Offers offline services instead of virtual ones. That has no place here, not even hinted at.
  • Something else. Write it down and we will read it.

You appear in a photo and did not give permission

If you recognize yourself in a photo on this site and you did not give permission for it to be here, we take it down. You do not have to prove the photo is yours before we remove it: it is removed first, and looked into afterwards.

Use the reason “The photos are mine or someone else’s” on the listing where you saw it, and say in the detail which photo it is. If there are several, say so too.

This applies equally if the photo was published by someone pretending to be you, if it is a photo you gave in private and it ended up published, or if it is an old photo of you that you no longer want here. You do not need to explain why.

What happens next

  • Reports about minors or coercion do not wait in line. They go straight to the front.
  • The rest are reviewed in order, and several different reports about the same thing raise its priority.
  • A person looks at it, not an automatic filter. It can end with a photo being removed, the listing being removed or the account being closed.
  • Whoever receives the removal can appeal, and the appeal is seen by someone other than the person who decided.

We do not tell you what happened to the listing you reported: telling you would mean telling anyone whether a specific person is still on the site or not.

False reports

The same listing can be reported for a different reason, because a second person may see something the first one did not. What is no use at all is repeating the same report: it is ignored.

Mass-reporting a competitor does not work and it shows: what decides is what the person reviewing the listing sees, not how many people flagged it.

If a crime is involved

If you believe someone is in danger, a minor, or someone being forced, also report it to the police in your country. We can remove a listing; we cannot go looking for anyone. The two do not get in each other’s way: do both.

If you publish here and want to leave

You can ask us to delete your account and everything of yours. How to do it is explained on the privacy page.
